Natural Stone, as the name implies, are products of nature. Any variations in texture, colour, veining, and pattern of the Natural Stone purchased must be accepted by the purchaser. These differences and disparities are part of what makes the stone natural in line with your expectations.

By purchasing natural stone product you acknowledge that natural stones vary in many ways including but not limited to variation in pattern, texture, and colour due to such variation your acknowledge the actual stone delivered may differ from the sample or picture(s) shown in denoted on our online and other displays. You further acknowledge price and supply variations can occur in the event that you do not confirm and pay for order when the quote is first supplied. When making order that natural stone ordered at a later date may be more expensive and there is no guarantee it will match the original stone.

All samples provided are to provide you with an indication of the possible variations.

No returns, refunds or exchanges after 60 days following the order receipt date will be accepted.

Stone Style is not responsible for any cracks stains, breakage, or fissures that may occur after you accepted and installed the tiles while in good condition.

All product images and pictures on our website are put in place to give you a general idea about the colour and veining variations in the stone and/or product. Misconceptions sometimes occur because of the following reasons:

• Natural Stone usually varies from one shipment to the other.

• Due to changes in lighting, a product may appear different in pictures than it does in real life.

• Computer monitors sometimes interpret colours differently.

We are always working to improve our pictures to make them as best as possible. Due to the difficulty of capturing all of the details and finishes for our sizeable selection of products, we encourage all customers to request samples and pictures of our current lot for the product(s) of interest.
